What is Chakra healing?
Crystals can be utilized in chakra healing by placing them on the corresponding chakra points during meditation, wearing them as jewelry, or simply holding them during energy work. The crystals unique properties and vibrations are believed to resonate with an influence the specific energy of each chakra, facilitating balance and well-being.
The Seven Chakras:
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Located at the top of the head, it represents spiritual connection, higher consciousness and enlightenment. Violet or white crystals like clear quartz or amethyst can be used to align and activate chakra.

Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Located in the lower abdomen, it governs emotions, creativity and sexuality. Orange crystals like carnelian or orange calcite can be used to stimulate and harmonize this chakra.
Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine, it represents stability, grounding and survival instincts. Red crystals like red jasper or hematite can be used to activate and balance this chakra.
